The wait is almost over — the Dark Frontiers marketplace goes live tomorrow, April 20th, at 01:00 PM UTC.

Here is everything you need to know about the brand new marketplace:

Store Layout

The store has five sections: store, auction, community store, community auction, and my items.

Store: This section is managed by the Dark Frontiers team. Here you will find items for sale directly from us.

Auction: This section, like the store, is managed by the Dark Frontiers team. Here you will find items up for auction directly from us.

Community Store: You will find all the items for sale right now by other users here.

Community Auction: In this section, you can bid on items that other users have put up for auction.

Community sections will only allow verified and whitelisted items to be sold to prevent scamming.

My Items: Here you will find all items you have put up for sale. You can also stop selling your item if you change your mind. Note that you will not be able to see your items listed in the store or auction sections. Only other users will see your items. This is to prevent any potential mix-ups where you will purchase your own items.

Selling and Buying Land

You will now be able to sell your land directly in the Dark Frontiers marketplace. If your land has crystals growing on it when you put it up for sale, it will be sold with the unclaimed crystals. The crystals can then be claimed by the new owner.

If you don’t own any land, now is the perfect time to buy land directly from the marketplace!

How Bidding Works

Once you bid on an item, the bidding sum is locked in your wallet. If you win the auction, an approve button appears under the item you won. After approval, you will receive the item. If you lose the auction, the bidding sum is unlocked from your wallet.

For the auction to be successful, there has to be a minimum of two bids.

The marketplace commission rate is 10%. To access the marketplace all you need to do is login to the Dark Frontiers dashboard with your MetaMask tomorrow after it goes live. Stay tuned for more exciting news and updates coming very soon.
