Dark Frontiers Development Update #6

The Dark Frontiers development team was exceptionally busy this month. Working hard to add new content and finalise areas all around Luna to support content for up to 4–5 hours of gameplay for the livestreams. Followed by a lot of playtesting, finetuning and bug fixing. We are extremely proud of the work that we managed to do during this time. Being able to deliver a Dark Frontiers gameplay experience that streamers and viewers could enjoy.

Since our last check-in back in May, these features have been implemented:

• Major Redesign of the Starting Map Area
• Ice Area Expansion
• Desert Area Expansion
• Audio Tracks and Sounds
• Additional Visual Effects
• 2 New Enemy Types (Robots)
• New Resource Types for Different Biomes (Precious Stones, Rocks, Plants, Gas)
• New Decals Created (Puddles, Blood, Texture Damage, Dirt, etc.)
• New Assets for All Biomes
• New Quests in All Areas

About Dark Frontiers

“Dark Frontiers” is the newest, gamified space realm governed by a Gamestarter produced DAO. As NFT standards and values are shifting towards promoting use-cases, Dark Frontiers’ goal is to drive mainstream adoption by enhancing the usability of NFTs through staking, item ownership, and the creation of real-world value through in-game items.
